Dear Kudo Members, You don’t have to transfer the Entry Fee ( €20 per competitor ) to our bank account as it was said in The General Information on our website. You can pay the Entry Fee to the Organizing Committee on the day of arrival. Please send us your flight schedule as soon as possible and the number of people coming so that we can make the exact reservations. The Bulgarian Kudo Federation together with Kudo International Federation are honoured to invite you to the 1st European Kudo Championship that will be held in ‘Sikonko’ Sports Hall in Sofia - the capital of Bulgaria on Sept.29th.
Participation: All competitors will be divided into 7 divisions according to their ‘physical index scale’, which is the sum of weight figure in KG and height figure in CM. Fighting divisions are:
MEN: 1. -230 2. -240 3. -250 4. -260 5. -270 6. 270+ 7. WOMEN
Each country may enter 1 team, a team leader, a team coach and an interpreter.
Competitors must present a Health Certificate and a Life Insurance Certificate.
Uniforms and Protective Equipment: Competitors should wear ‘official Kudo Gi’. We recommend they put a cloth on the back (30 cm high/40 cm wide) with their name and country. The protective gears must be provided by the competitors themselves.
The Preliminary Entry Forms stating clearly the exact number of competitors for each team should be sent by mail, fax or e-mail to the Organizing Committee no later than 10th August, 2007, 24:00 J.S.T.

Entry fee: single competitor - €20 The money should be wired to the bank account of the BKF: Bank DSK BIC: STSABGSF IBAN: BG47STSA93000010221104 Gospodin Grozev Babamov The deadline for receiving the money for the participation is September 05, 2007 Accomodation: The Organizing Committee will be responsible for all Tournament expenses. The participants are responsible for their own round-trip airline tickets, accommodation and food.

We have already made hotel reservations for all participants for two nights on Sept 28th and Sept 29th. The price per person per night is €20 in a double/triple room / . Breakfast is included in the price. Payments are to be made upon arriving at the hotel. For additional stay, an extra request to the BKF should be made until 115th August 2007. Technical Meeting and Weighing-in: The technical meeting for all team leaders and coaches and the weighing-in will be held in the accommodation place at 14:00.
Placing and Awards: The top 4 places of each division will be awarded cups, medals and certificates.
Other matters: Each team is required to bring the following:
-- a national flag ( 95 cm/135 cm ) -- 2 photos ( passport size ) for each team member. -- Copies of the Final Entry Forms
